R.A. Wallen is currently Chief Strategy Officer and EVP of Caresyntax, providers of an end-to-end digital analytics platform for the surgical suite. She oversees growth of the Company’s medical device and new business areas including development and commercialization of data and analytics tools based on real-world evidence, as well as partnering and corporate development activities to support these efforts. She was most recently SVP Marking & Corporate Development at the SteriLumen division of Applied UV (NASDAQ: AUVI), and prior to this, head of Corporate Development at Terumo BCT, the $1 billion biomedical division of Terumo Corporation (3543.T-JP: TokyoSE), a multinational leader in medical technology. She serves on the Board of Directors for Ekso Bionics (NASDAQ: EKSO), Boulder Community Health, a mid-sized hospital and ambulatory health care system, and is a Board Advisor for Aromyx (biotechnology) and DrugViu (healthcare data science).
