SynEnergy provided MEP design for six classrooms, two offices, a copy room and the library. The scope included unit ventilators, control sequences for HVAC, revised lighting, fire alarms, domestic cold & hot water pipes, clocks, intercoms and sprinkler heads.

SynEnergy conducted a facility assessment to determine existing galvanized steel piping for domestic water throughout the entire campus. The team designed and converted the piping systems to copper. Project phasing was considered to avoid campus disruption.
