Bill Bayles
Director of Business Dev.
William J. Bayles, a senior mechanical engineer, is SynEnergyʼs Business Development Director. A former USACE District Commander who left the military as an Army Colonel, Bill has over 30 years of experience in engineering management, project leadership and energy/sustainability programming. His experience includes conceptual design, detailed engineering and supervising all phases of construction on projects ranging from small troop construction projects to transportation infrastructure and facilities renovations costing tens of millions of dollars.
Rhonda Wallen

R.A. Wallen is currently Chief Strategy Officer and EVP of Caresyntax, providers of an end-to-end digital analytics platform for the surgical suite. She oversees growth of the Company’s medical device and new business areas including development and commercialization of data and analytics tools based on real-world evidence, as well as partnering and corporate development activities to support these efforts.
Raj Prasad

Raj serves as an advisor to SynEnergy. He has over 20 years of experience in harnessing information and technology. His experience includes building collaboration networks where clients, management and engineers can effectively discuss new ideas and generate innovative work products.
Alan Feldkamp
Advisor
Alan was an Executive Director at Boeing. His expertise included managing all aspects of the largest Boeing Defense, Space and Security Systems business unit in Colorado. Alan also established a new business department for Boeing Missile Defense Systems in Colorado.
Alan brings over 30 years of executive management experience – including developing new business ventures and managing customers’ expectations at fortune 500 companies.
