Piotr is SynEnergyʼs Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for mapping out the companyʼs financial future. He works closely with the CEO to strategize planning and influence the future direction of the company. Piotr is specifically charged to provide financial leadership, aligning business and finance strategy to grow the business.

Piotr brings over 15 years of experience in overseeing the management and coordination of fiscal reporting activities for start-up organizations including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.

Piotr understands the key drivers that have helped numerous organizations prioritize investments, develop strategic plans to achieve corporate goals, turn strategic plans into operational plans and targets (including defining KPIs), design the implementation program and monitor progress against strategy.

Prior to joining SynEnergy, Piotr worked as an internet marketing consultant responsible for increasing customer growth and managing competitive intelligence. Piotr developed and managed grassroots sponsorships and relationships to drive business to sales channels (i.e., retail, indirect, and business to business sales).

With Piotrʼs experience in affiliate marketing, he also manages SynEnergyʼs search engine marketing and online media campaigns through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, marketing, reporting, optimization, and analysis.
